Checkout
Checkout happens only on /pricing. It starts a monthly subscription and displays your access key once. Copy that key before you leave the confirmation page. StatelessID does not store email for login.
Where checkout lives
The only place to subscribe is /pricing on statelessid.com. Plan details, billing interval, and price appear there. Selecting subscribe starts checkout on that same page. There is no purchase flow inside the dashboard, no alternate checkout URL in Help, and no third-party reseller.
If a page off-domain claims to sell StatelessID access, do not pay. Verify the hostname before entering payment details. Canonical checkout is /pricing and nowhere else.
Signup may be unavailable when the platform reaches its active customer cap. /pricing states that honestly. When signup is closed, checkout cannot start until capacity opens — even if visit inventory remains on the infrastructure side.
Access key instead of email login
Accounts are identified solely by a random access key issued at checkout. There is no username, no password field, and no email-based login. The confirmation page shows the full key once. Copy it to a password manager or secure note before navigating away.
StatelessID does not retain a retrievable copy of the key for later display. Losing the key before saving it complicates access. Support may help verify ownership through payment records, but prevention at checkout is simpler than recovery afterward. See the Shown Once help article for storage habits.
If the external payment step asks for an email receipt, that address belongs to the processor's receipt system — not to a StatelessID profile. The operator does not store your email for authentication or support lookup.
What checkout collects
Checkout gathers payment authorization and little else. No mailing address, no phone number, and no StatelessID profile form. The processor handles card or wallet details on its own secure pages. When payment succeeds, StatelessID activates the subscription and generates the access key.
Billing is monthly only. There is no yearly SKU and no quantity selector beyond the single subscription unit. You are buying one plan with one visit pool and up to ten domain slots — details on /pricing.
Failed payment means no active subscription and no key. Resolve the decline with your bank or wallet and try again. Partial authorizations do not create half-accounts.
Because there is only one plan, checkout never asks you to compare tiers or pick a yearly interval. The decision is whether the single monthly subscription fits your traffic and hostname count — facts laid out on /pricing before you pay.
Immediately after payment
The confirmation page shows your access key and brief next steps. Copy the key, open /login, paste it, and you are in the dashboard. Register your first site, copy the snippet from settings, and install it on your pages. Counting can begin on the next page load.
There is no activation email to click and no waiting period. Subscription status is active as soon as authorization completes. Account settings will show period dates and quota counters.
Returning subscribers who canceled previously follow the same checkout path. Old keys from closed accounts do not revive. Each successful checkout creates a fresh record.
Save the key before exploring the dashboard. It is tempting to register a site immediately, but the confirmation page is the only moment the full credential is visible without regeneration. Regenerating later invalidates any copy you forgot to save and forces you to update saved entries everywhere.
Troubleshooting
If you paid but closed the tab before copying the key, contact support promptly with any receipt identifier from your payment confirmation. Earlier contact makes ownership verification easier.
If the payment form on /pricing does not load, try another browser and disable extensions that block third-party scripts or payments. Persistent failures deserve a support note describing the browser and what you see on screen.
